Great location. Owners very helpful and accommodating when we had to alter the dates slightly due to illness. Recommend for anyone looking to get out and explore the area.

The condo itself was beautiful we enjoyed the condominium and all the amenities. The pool does not have lighting at night but you're allowed to swim as long as you want no pool hours. The condo sits off of the strip but it is up a mountain and you turn to go up another Mountain to get to it. The trolley that comes to get you has to be walked to down both mountains. The stairs at the hotel that is supposed to take you downtown also has at least a half mile to a mile walk to get to the strip. This would not be good for someone that is handicap accessible, I took my 80-year-old mom and we ended up having to pay for parking each time we went out because she could not walk all the distance that it took to get to the trolley or down the long stairs from the hotel to get back up the mountain to go back up if we wanted to go to the strip. This location is close to the strip but it does require uphill walking and steep downhill walking. Good for younger visitors but not so good for the older ones if you plan on walking right out to the strip this would not be the location you would want to stay at.

This was such a nice place to stay. Perfectly sized for the 2 of us. More space than a hotel room with the ability to cook. Wish it had been cold enough to use the fireplace! Close to town with a trolley stop at bottom of the road. Will hopefully stay here again.

First time in Gatlinburg,,, when we come back I’ll look to see if this location is available. Easy walk to town semi easy walk back if you don’t mind a few stairs. Thanks for having us.
