Really great communication, and the room was really great for what we paid! The hosts were super up front with all communication and we didn't have any issues while there. But overall we had a great time. This place is super convenient to get back and forth to the main strip in gatlinburg. The walk is a welcomed distance after all the food in the area!

Great place to stay, away from the congestion closer to the main street where the shops, restaurants and attractions, but easy to walk to. Didn't use the pool, but it sure looked inviting on the 90 degree plus days.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Very small but adequate. Close enough to walk downtown but the walkway includes several flights of stairs. I would recommend this unit and stay here again.

host was very welcoming however some of the bathroom amenities weren’t the best. it did the job and was in a great location, very clean and well maintained.
