This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
Community Rules & Fines (Required by HOA)
To help maintain a clean, safe, and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, the community enforces the following rules. Fines may be issued for violations:
Garbage & Trash: $25 per incident or per garbage bin, per day, if trash is not disposed of properly after notice.
Parking: $50 per vehicle per day for any parking violations not corrected within 24 hours. Repeat violations may incur immediate fines.
Noise: $250 per incident for violations of the City of Galveston Noise Ordinance.
Fireworks: $250 per incident for setting off fireworks within the Laguna or Playa subdivisions.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Overall we had a great stay. The house is relatively equidistant to both the pool and the beach. The space is large and the four of us had plenty of room to spread out. I especially loved the family-friendly living room, dining, and kitchen setup. Kitchen had lots of silverware. The porch was shaded and relaxing with a view of the Gulf.That being said, there are improvements that need to be made and I hope the rental company will address these because the property has a ton of potential. There are two very large shag rugs: one in the living room and one in a bedroom. These need to be replaced because it's obvious the cleaning crews have skipped over cleaning them for a long, long time. There was so much dirt, crumbs, and crud lost in them I was absolutely disgusted--I couldn't walk more than a foot without getting stuff stuck to my feet and some of it is sticky and gross. This could easily be fixed by replacing them with low-pile rugs that could be vacuumed. The majority of the kitchen dishes are melamine so not microwave safe--these melt. The beach gear was abysmal and a complete joke--the few things provided are very beat up and very random. There's only one chair and it looks like it's ready to fall apart at any moment, and all the boogie boards were broken in half (the foam inside) so not usable to catch a wave. There was an umbrella but it was in three pieces and irreparable. I'd also suggest adding some multiplayer games like Uno and bug spray.

We loved the house! There was a lot of room to spread out and the hosts thought of everything you may need. I would suggest having someone change the AC filter, it looked really dirty.

The house was in a great location. The house was not as clean as it should have been. The carpet/rugs were full of food and none of the furniture was moved when they did vacuum. Also the kitchen pans were old and didn’t sit well in the stove. We did have issues with the a/c. It was leaking onto one of the beds when we got there around 4. The management company did sent someone out to fix it but we have to wait at the house for them which was about 3 hours later. Also the community pool was extremely hot. It was hot out but the pool was like a sauna. We did rent a gold cart from Rick’s Beach Rental and were able to drive it straight across the street onto the beach. This was very nice.
