Beautiful villa Majestic Vista is completely fenced, very quiet and very private. There is also a parking lot.
An air conditioning and internet connection are available in each area of the house.
Moving from the first floor of the house, you will have at your disposal three bedrooms with large double beds, a flat-screen TV and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a spacious sauna with a shower and an additional toilet.
You will have at your disposal a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor of the house, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with two sofas and an armchair, a flat-screen TV and a breathtaking sea view.
If you are a musician, there is a piano and a guitar, so you can have a moment for your pleasure. There is also one toilet and one bedroom with a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom.
From the living room you can reach a lovely balcony with a seating area and wonderful sea and mountain views.
From the dining area, there is access to the spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers. While having lunch you can enjoy a truly spectacular sea view and a pleasant atmosphere.

I cannot praise this property enough. The owners have thought of every comfort, everything is of the highest standard, cleanliness 5 star, sun beds and chairs and shade whenever you need it. An outside kitchen with BBQ, fridge, glass washer, glass and crockery cupboards. The views from upstairs are amazing, this part of Croatia is particularly beautiful. There is a good restaurant very close otherwise everything you need is in Omiš a short drive away. You do need a car so if you want to be able to walk to everything this property is not for you. For us, perfection. Nature in abundance and very quiet. Owner sorted everything for us including a days sailing and restaurants.
