Contemporary and very spacious Villa MIA is equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay. It is fully airconditioned with free WiFi. Settled on the slopes of a small hill in Lokva Rogoznica with open and amazing sea views, only a few minutes drive from Artina beach, the most beautiful beach in this area, 7km away from small, Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river with many activities and restaurants, and also 40 min drive far from town Split with an amazing history. Only 200m far from the villa is a local tavern where you can order a traditional dish or try a local craft beer in the typical Dalmatian atmosphere. All this makes Villa Mia a perfect base for family or friend vacations.

Due to the position of the property, the villa is organized on three different levels, all connected with internal and external staircases.

*The lowest level outdoor offers a private swimming pool 11m x 3m with a massage, an outdoor shower, a sun deck area with 10 sun deck chairs offering absolute privacy, a dining table with 6 chairs, and 4 sun umbrellas. A few steps up take you to a kid's corner with some toys, a fun zone with a TV, table tennis, and darts. There is also Bedroom No. with King king-size bed 180x200cm with open sea and pool views, A/C, TV, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a Bedroom No. with King king-size bed 180x200cm with open sea and pool views, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower.

*An internal staircase takes you to the middle level where you have an airconditioned, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining room with TV, and PS4 for your youngers. There is also a separate toilet and a washing machine. A glass wall in the living room on the South and East sides offers impressive sea views and a direct approach to the outdoor dining area. Next to it is an outdoor Whirlpool and another indoor dining area for 12 people with an electric barbecue where you have local wine offered (not included).

*One level above the living area takes you to an air-conditioned gym where you have an exercise bike, Orbitrack, some weights, and a Finnish sauna. Next to it is Bedroom No. with a King size bed 180x200cm with sea views, a balcony, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a bedroom No4 with King size bed 180x200cm with sea views, a balcony, A/C, TV, and walk-in bathroom with shower connected to the bedroom (transparent).

There are 4 parking places secured at the private property and a car is recommended.

NOTE: One pet is free of charge, and for each additional pet there is an extra charge of €100 per week (payable in cash at arrival)

Come and enjoy all offered in this unspoiled area of Lokva Rogoznica. The small, Mediterranean town Omis is nearby, only 7km away. In Omiš you can also enjoy beautiful sandy and pebbled beaches and some other entertainment. You can visit the famous town of Split which has a lot to offer, the old part and the Diocletian palace protected by UNESCO. It takes you approximately 40 minutes to get there, and it is worth it. You can also visit Makarska or Baška Voda, both very famous summer destinations on the seaside.

There is a possibility for a boat trip to island Brač that can be organized by the owner. You can also try rafting on the river Cetina (not too rough) or the amazing Zip-line over the canyon of the river Cetina, or you can walk in the old part of the place Lokva Rogoznica in the mountain and enjoy an amazing view of all the time while walking. The whole area offers a lot of possibilities to make your holidays more interesting.
