Timely communication with host - Invokes guest confidence.
Additional (2) towels to be considered if hosting more than a single guest. Also consider introducing a facecloth or 2 to the bath linen offerings.
Pool area needs some revitalization. Broken fixtures and overused seating; holes in upholstery - Amazinn should repair them or replace them.
EXCELLENT location; EXCELLENT host communications; terrific value.
Pool seating area ... it's like the Shakira song She Wolf " ... I'm starting to feel just a little abused like a coffee machine in an office (Uh)"
IMHO - Overused common area pool seating area- send the chaise to its final resting place. Repair the oversized lighting fixture - sexy design choice but not sexy when it's broken in half.
Again, GREAT value; SAFE place to stay. RESPONSIVE host.
