The central location in the old town, a spacious balcony for meals, and the view toward the cathedral and the lively atmosphere of Plaza Catedral.
The problem with the door lock on the main door at street level. The rental company remained unwilling to replace the missing TV in the living area. Could have received 10 points if the rental company had shown an understanding that guests expect a TV in the living area.

Very central location in Casco Viejo (the old town). Great balcony overlooking the Cathedral and Plaza Catedral, a place that is always bustling with activity. You should expect some traffic noise and loud music at times. Spacious apartment. Spiral staircase to the bedrooms. The rental company was quick to resolve practical issues.
The lock on the main door at street level was stiff and difficult to open. The landlord did not want to replace a TV that had been broken; consequently, there was no TV in the living area. There was only a TV in one of the bedrooms.
