Quaint house for our visit to Dubuque to see our son at Clarke Univ. House was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay, and to feed some hungry college kids. Great communication with the host and everything was modern, clean, & perfect for our weekend stay

Futon bed not comfortable at all even for a child. Not enough blankets and not any comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen had no kitchen towels.
