Designed to be your happy-getaway. Expect to find some some old character and quirks as well as many new things and comfort in this home that was built in the late 1800’s. It’s been updated with groups of friends and families in mind.
The entry room has a place to drop your shoes and keys plus a nice big desk to serve as an office. Also on the first floor is an updated full kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath.
Take the peculiarly small staircase of old English cottage style to the second floor and you’ll find the 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and a spacious full bathroom. Views from some of the upper floor windows have a partial overlook over downtown Dubuque with a spotting of the Mississippi River seasonally.
The large enclosed porch is a great place to hang out during three seasons. It has a wonderful view stretching across the river-valley-bluffs and takes in sunshine all day long. There is a small front yard and a small back yard. The back yard is great for playing a game of bean bag toss.

Your dog is welcome if they are well behaved and potty trained. An additional $36 cleaning fee comes along with bringing your pup.
There is free parking out front on the quiet street.
The basement is unfinished, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer down there if you’d like.
