Outside, Villa Annalisa has a splendid veranda and beautiful, well-tended garden. The pool and modern whirlpool tub are exclusively for villa guests, and perfect for relaxing with family and friends!
The villa’s strategic location is ideal for enjoying Sicily’s sea, wine, food, and beautiful cities.
At nearby Trapani Port there are ferries to the Aegadian Islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo).
At guests' disposal: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one in the master bedroom), 8 people; air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, private garden, private pool (6 x 4 meters, 1,40 meters deep), outdoor whirlpool tub, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area, roof terrace with panoramic views, barbecue, Wifi internet, parking.

Ground floor: bright living area with living room (TV, CD and DVD player, Blu-Ray), dining area and kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster); bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and shower, laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The open plan living room has access to the covered terrace with dining area and relaxation area, the garden, the pool and outdoor whirlpool tub.
First floor: double bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom with shower, triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, bedroom with 2 small double beds, bedroom with small double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Each of the 4 bedrooms has access to a private balcony, which can also be reached by an outdoor staircase on the pool side of the house.
Second floor: terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the Aegadian islands (access via outdoor staircase).
The following might be to be paid extra: Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Sicily. The house was very clean, perfectly equipped, and offered an amazing view of the sea. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The peaceful surroundings and the super friendly neighbors created a very relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere. It was perfect for our children as well.
We can highly recommend this villa and would love to come back!

The villa was well equipped and clean. We had a relaxing week and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The track leading to the villa is very rough and we did not attempt it at night. Lots of cats so not suitable for anyone with a phobia

We had an excellent stay at Villa Annalisa! The villa was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the equipment we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend Villa Annalisa to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!
