Enjoy the beautiful SUNRISE from 2 balconies, or enjoy the Starbucks from across the street and go out for a bike ride in the early morning on the Boardwalk!! Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, activities, and nightlife.
THE SPACE
This luxury townhouse was newly built in 2014 and is one of the few in the whole community to have all high cathedral ceilings and 2 large balconies with direct OCEAN VIEW! Come enjoy the beautiful SUNRISE or relax with the sound of the ocean!
Our beach house is not only equipped with all modern amenities and stylish furnishings, but also offers a short distance to plenty of outdoor activities nearby. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located luxurious townhome.

This townhouse has all the modern conveniences. The first floor offers a spacious 2-car garage, additional storage space for all your beach gear, and an outdoor shower.
On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked gourmet chef kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop; a dining area that can seat up to all 14 people; a full bath, and a living room with high end furnitures including a sofa bed (sleeps 2) to accommodate the whole family.
On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full-on-full bunk with a full pullout trundle, sleeps up to 6. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a twin pullout trundle, sleeps up to 3. The master bedroom has a king bed also with a twin pullout trundle, sleeps up to 3, and attached full bath. There is another full bath in the hall.
Our beach house is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, 2-car parking garage, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker (both Keurig and pour-over coffee pot), blender, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room, cable box, books, and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!
Whether it be a celebration of special occasions, or just a simple weekend getaway, our houses come equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!!!

Excellent location close to the beach. Very responsive hosts. Great for large family gathering to enjoy the beach and family time. Convenient two car parking garage. Cute and comfortable accommodations.

Excellent home to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Place was very clean, cozy feel and had some Christmas decorations, which was a nice homey touch. Easy to find, very close to the boardwalk and could see the ocean from the balconies. Location felt safe, it was a comfortable area. Host was very responsive with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.
