Welcome to NV8, a stylish and well-appointed apartment located in the upscale Kolonaki neighborhood in the heart of Athens.
The apartment features two bedrooms with dedicated double beds (140x200 cm and 150x200 cm), and two bathrooms—one of which is en suite.
There are also two cozy balconies perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Located on the mezzanine floor, the apartment is accessed via two steps at the building entrance and nine additional steps to reach the front door.
NV8 is ideally situated just a 12-minute walk from Syntagma Square and the gateway to the historic Plaka district.
Syntagma Metro Station (on the Blue Line) offers direct connections to Athens International Airport and Piraeus Port, making travel convenient.
The neighborhood offers a wide range of amenities, including bakeries, supermarkets, and excellent restaurants just steps away.
Culture lovers will enjoy being close to two of Athens’ most important museums—the Benaki Museum and the Museum of Cycladic Art—as well as a vibrant collection of contemporary art galleries.

The location of this apartment is excellent--close to Syntagma and many of museums. The apartment is comfortable and the owner was very easy to work with and very nice to us. Highly recommend.

Overall, this is a great apartment, located in a lively and lovely neighborhood! Close to shopping, cafes and bars, and also to local attractions, such as the Acropolis. AC was good. Only drawbacks are the somewhat fishbowl effect due to glass (frosted) everywhere. Front bedroom has little to no privacy due to this. The hall bathroom also floods regardless of the length of your shower or how you tilt the shower head. Toilet paper, shampoo and soap were provided. Overall would definitely recommend!

Great property. Clean, spacious and in great condition. Upscale neighborhood close to parliament. Walkable distance to hop on hop off bus routes. Nightly rate $ was very reasonable for two couples. I would highly recommend

Excellent location in Kolonaki close to everything including local cafes and shops as well as supermarket (Sklavenitis). Short walking distance to main Athens attractions and museums. The apartment was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The Beds were very comfortable and 2 bathrooms are a definite plus. Hosts were also very responsive and check in was excellent, it is always nice to have someone greet you at check in. Costas was very helpful during check in and accommodated our early check in request. Excellent flat and highly recommend it.
