This beach house had everything that we needed for a family getaway. The location was perfect with stunning views of the ocean. The house was comfortable and we loved hanging out on the oceanfront deck, especially on the deck swing. The kids loved swimming in the private pool.
The management company was very responsive, the people that we interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I would definitely stay at this home again.

I would take steps to reduce the paper and increase efficiency involved in your check-in process. The polite and professional staff, at check-in, were forced to shuffle stacks of paper to find out reservation.

The property is worn and tired. The host overly communicated and provided excellent information for check-in and check-out. Although the lack of supplies was noted prior to check-in, not providing one trash bag or dishwasher tab was disappointing. The deck conditions would be a safety issue when occupied during warmer weather conditions.
