About this apartment rental
A typical seaside house with soft colours and blue tones, with simple furnishings that evoke the essence of the fishing village: the ideal choice for those wishing for a stay just a few steps from the sea, in the renowned village of Marina Grande.
Located just a few metres from the beach, the property is situated on the first floor of a historic building and is accessible by climbing a ramp of approximately twenty steps. The dwelling, characterised by suggestive dome structures, offers a unique environment that accommodates a equipped kitchenette, a dining table, a comfortable double bed and two pouf beds. The property is completed by a functional bathroom equipped with a bidet.
Outside, a charming private terrace presents itself as an oasis of tranquillity. Furnished with a garden set, it is the perfect space to enjoy the sunshine of the fine season and treat yourself to moments of pure relaxation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. For arrivals from 23:00 onwards, the supplement is €50.
•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
• Tourist tax: to be paid on arrival, €4 per person per night (applied for the first 7 nights).
• Parking: the structure does not have an internal car park space. However, there is an agreement in place with a partner car park at a cost of €20 per day.

First and foremost, Francesco was the absolute best. Leading up to check-in, he was extremely communicative regarding the reservation. He checked in to make sure he knew when we were going to check in and made sure he communicated how to check in. In fact, he sent us a video showing where the keys were, where to use each key and walked through the check in process. It was extremely helpful. Then, we we arrived in Sorrento, we had some small difficulties finding the property (our issue and not due to lack of communication). He was in constant communication helping us find the property. Once on site, we did not find the keys where they were supposed to be. There had been some miscommunication between him and his maintenance crew and the crew forgot to leave the keys. Within 15 minutes, he was there with the keys. His customer service was as SUPERB. The property was as advertised. It was a small property but the cleanliness was impeccable. The property was exactly as portrayed in the photos. It had all of the appliances and amenities as advertised. It was as literally steps from the water. It was vibrant but not chaotic like the Main Street in Sorrento. When we go back to Sorrento, we will be definitely staying in this property or one that is managed by Francesco. Thank you!

The apartment was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything, right by the beach! It was very clean and we appreciate the snacks and water that were left. Thank you for a great stay!

I can't say enough wonderful things about both the property and the exceptional service provided by the team, especially Amedeo! Prior to arrival at the property, Amedeo reached out to inquire about our arrival time and offered his assistance in arranging activities during our stay. Although our check-in time was the normal "later in the day", we arrived early and Amedeo promptly met us at the property for a much earlier check-in. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall care that went into maintaining Casa Annalù. In addition to the pristine condition, the location was perfect. You know what they say, Location, Location, Location.Amedeo provided us with a tour and filled us in on the area. During our stay, Amedeo was "at our disposal" and provided us with his "personal (not touristic) recommendations", which came in very handy and useful. Amedeo was responsive, professional, and I felt he genuinely cared about us having an enjoyable stay. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and I wholeheartedly recommend this property.
