Our stay was amazing here at Sorrento Queen. It was our first time visiting Italy and Sorrento specifically, and we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The music in the bathroom was actually an appreciated feature, and the messaging from staff in both the room itself and externally to welcome us was professional and welcoming. This location is directly above a larger store, so we had a quick place to grab snacks or other necessities, and it was a three minute walk into the tourist walkways, where we spent a majority of our time. I only wish we stayed longer. We would stay again in our next Sorrento visit. Thank you!
