Hassle to park in the garage with finicky key pad. Wasn’t told which unit we had so a little tricky figuring out which unit to try our code. Bathrooms were a huge disappointment. They need to be updated badly. Our bathroom shower was moldy. Could have been a little more accommodating with more shampoo and conditioner. There was enough for two of four people for one day only.

The condo was super clean and very comfy, and had everything we needed, but the headline is THE VIEW!!! Simply amazing! We sat in the sun porch every morning and every night (and every minute we were not out and about) just taking in the beauty. All the windows open - you can basque in the sound of the waves and get lost in the peaceful view up and down the coast! Could not have asked for anything better! This place is a true gem. Book it!!!

This was the perfect place to get away from everything and be with family. The location couldn’t be better and the space was very comfortable. Beautiful views in every direction, and bam, the beach and wharf is right there. Of note, we had our elderly mom and my husband with us who doesn’t walk very well and there are a couple sets of stairs to get to the second story. They were able to with assistance, but something to be aware of if you have anyone in your party with ADA limitations. Otherwise, we just loved our stay here.

Parking garage, right on the beach, full amenities, very detailed description of what is provided and what is not in their emails, recommended activities broken down by age ranges for the area, recommended restaurants and probably a number of things I am forgetting. This property has the best location and view of any others we saw in Pismo Beach. The condo is at the beachfront end of the building and the living area and both bedrooms have large beach-facing windows. The closed in balcony is comfortable in any season for watching the sunrise and sunset and everything in between. You simply could not stay closer to the water! In addition, the open-concept of the living area was wonderful, beds were incredibly comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and modern. HIghly recommended!

Wake up to loud garbage trucks between 6 - 7 a.m.; 5. Garage parking is fine if you have a Smart car; 6. On-street parking extremely hard to find; and 7. Coffee maker needs updating to use pods.

GREAT property - great location, easy access, (not awesome parking for more than one vehicle, though), super clean, everything was there that we needed. The only thing I would add is a set of binoculars so we could have enhanced our whale watching! Just beautiful, all around. The orcas were a once in a lifetime experience and we got to see hundreds of them in the two days we spend there. Overall great trip and made good memories : )

Wow! The views from every room are amazing. This condo is so clean, well stocked and so comfortable. Whether you want to stay in and cook or spend the day at the beach, they have you covered. You can’t beat sitting on the Lanai and enjoying the view and beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed a weekend full of eating, drinking and shopping and you don’t even need the car. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing view of the beach from every window in the condo. Very cute little enclosed balcony perfect for having a morning coffee and watching the beach come alive, or having a picturesque view of the sun setting on the water. It has a nicely appointed open kitchen with all the amenities of home. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets where very soft, so nice in fact that I contacted the owner to find out the brand so I could buy a set for myself. There is a bbq on the porch just outside the front door which is very convenient. They provide you with towels a plenty, both bath towels and beach towels. There are also fold out chairs in the closets for you to take down to the beach, nice touch! The only con I experienced in my stay was that the second bedroom's bed was a little squeaky. With that being said, would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A group of 5 of us stayed here for my friend's 40th and we loved it! The view was spectacular and the condo was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk a very short distance to several fun shops and wonderful restaurants. The property managers were very responsive and friendly every step of the way. I would highly recommend this property for a small group or family.

The place is wonderful, we did find a dirty frying pan and pot that was put away, looked like it had been washed by a kid maybe? Beds are a little to soft but no biggie. Could use some coasters for the glass coffee tables. I would rent the place again, no doubt!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and will be returning this Christmas. The apartment is incredibly spacious, has the most amazing ocean views and is extremely comfortable. It has all the amenities needed. To get out of bed in the morning and go straight to the beach - heaven. The apartment is also very well managed by Jenny. Would highly recommend Pismo On The Beach to anybody.

This home has to have one of the best views in Pismo, is steps from the ocean and just a few short blocks from the pier. The pictures represent the home perfectly and Jenny was very helpful. We had a perfect, relaxing weekend celebrating our anniversary. The closed in balcony is perfect for sipping coffee in the early morning while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. The parking area is best for small cars, but we had no problem finding parking on the street. Thanks for sharing this amazing place!

I actually thought I had reviewed our stay but it didn't post so I had to come back and make sure we acknowledge how awesome the property and owners are at Pismo on the Beach! After flying into LA and then driving about 3 hours we were exhausted. Unfortunately, when we arrived the condo had not been cleaned from the previous guests. I called Jenny and she was so apoplectic and was immediately in action. She kept in contact with me via text and let us know right away when the housekeeper was completed! She even offered to pay for our dinner! After settling in it was wonderful to open the windows to hear the waves crashing and smell the salt air. The next day Jenny's sister & mom arrived with fresh, hot cinnamon rolls and a check...what a nice surprise and gesture. We learned the property had been her grandfathers and is still in the family. They have been updating and it shows...he should be proud! This particular unit is one of a kind as it is basically on the beach, feet away from ocean, short stroll to boardwalk and great for people watching! It is amazingly quiet with the window enclosed deck (but windows can be opened for fresh breezes). I can't say enough great things about the property/unit and the owners....a return visit is a must!
