The apartment is on the ground level, on the lower floor, and is part of a duplex house (which means there is another independent apartment on the upper second floor). The only shared areas are the garage (there are two parking spaces, each designated for one apartment) and the laundry area.

We had fun in Rosario, played golf a couple of days. Nice course. Not crowded at all! The food in the area is surprisingly good. Steaks at Tapanco, Italian at Pasta y Basta. Fat Cat Pancakes. I would stay here again.
