the property was very clean and very beautiful we been coming here for years this home has become my kids 2nd home very family oriented!! we are very pleased with everything! don pepe is an amazing host !

The location was nice. Off to the side but it was still really loud at night. The space was big
No hot water, The place was dirty. Looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in at least a few months but likey longer. One of the rooms looked like a jail cell only fit a twin bed . it was advertised as 2 bathroom but the 2nd bathroom only had a toilet no shower. The shower was super small and we never had hot water so we didn't use it. But I am 5 feet and would barly fit for the water to be on my head, It was super cold. We messaged the owner to ask about the fireplace but he said we would need to go to the store to buy wood if we wanted to use it. It would have been nice to know that ahead or if he had some on site to buy since it was so cold. Also we tried to check in around 2:00 ( check in was at 3 ) and there was no one there, I tried to call the number provided but no answer, There was a locked gate so we had no access. Finally at 2:30 another guest let us inside and we found the owner, I thought we would be able to check in at least a few mins early but no we had to wait till 3:15 and again the place was dirty. Ad said parking but its only on street parking but the area did seem safe
