Park the car and forget about it! Only one block to all the entertainment and festivities happening at Congress Hall throughout the year. Another perk is parking for 2 cars in the driveway behind the house.This 1920s quintessential beach retreat boasts the craftsmanship and style of the past but provides all the modern amenities we’ve come to expect like the updated kitchen and bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and new central air conditioning. Historical character is exuded by the exposed brick, original hardwood floors, detailed woodwork, and refinished raised panel doors. Offering 4 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this enchanting family home has been lovingly maintained.The 2nd floor has an additional two bedrooms- one roomy bedroom has a queen bed, the other oversized bedroom has a double and two single beds. There is also another full hallway bathroom as well. All 4 bedrooms provide generous closets not typical of this era home.Other features include a full walkout basement with a bonus indoor shower, ample storage, and a sitting area. There is also an outdoor shower and two parking spaces.Enjoy sipping coffee on the front porch while hearing the clip-clop of the horse carriages as they pass you by. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full hallway bathroom with the original iron bathtub. The eat-in kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, new cabinets, and updated appliances. Great location and nice big house. We fit in with a family of four as well as the grandparents. Great access to both downtown and the beach. Beds were old but to be expected with these types of rentals,

This house was so cute and comfortable to stay in. This house was only a short walk to the shops and also the beach! we had a great time with our big group. We had more than enough space for everyone. would definitely stay here again.

This was the absolute perfect place for our little celebration of our daughter’s 30th birthday! A fabulous house with comfortable rooms, each feeling completely tranquil and private. Common areas are fabulous and flexible. Easy kitchen for meal preps including the birthday feast of fish and oysters! Excellent, excellent neighborhood with easy proximity to town and beach. Would love love love to stay here again!
