Welcome to The Bear Den; a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin with rustic charm and modern comforts. Originally built in 1975, it still has creaky floors and character to match!
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, heated bathroom floors, electric fireplace, pool table, and games. Outside, relax in the cedar hot tub, grill on the BBQ, or unwind by the fire pit.
Just 200 yards from Pocono Farms Golf Course (which is open to the public) and surrounded by peaceful forest views, the Bear Den is perfect for mornings on the patio or nights under the stars.

A maximum of 6 vehicles are permitted in the driveway.
Parking on the grass or on the paver blocks beside the driveway is strictly prohibited.
Street parking is not allowed and is enforced by the HOA and neighborsâviolators may be towed and fined.

If you need early arrival or a late departure, we recommend booking an extra night to guarantee availability.

Our home is in a private, amenity-filled community that requires guest registration. Weâll take care of it for you, but last-minute bookings may experience delays in amenity access due to office hours. Please provide your registration info at least 3 days before check-in to avoid late fees or access issues.

We welcome common household pets with the paid pet feeâjust let us know in advance.

Loud parties or disruptive events

Occupants - Guest agrees to register each guest and pet occupying the property with more than 72 hours before arrival, late registration fee will apply for late information. Guest understands that exceeding the maximum occupancy or not registering guests can result in fines. Guest agrees that no parties are allowed.
Check-In/Check-Out Times - Guest agrees that they will not occupy the home before 4PM on the check in date and that they will completely vacate home by 11AM on the check-out date.
Community â Guest agrees to all community rules and regulations including providing registration information in a timely manner. Guest acknowledges that management is not responsible for condition or availability of community amenities. Guest agrees that any fines incurred from community will be paid for within 3 days.
Smoking- There is no smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking can result in extra cleaning fees starting at $50. Tenants may smoke outside, but not within 10 feet of doors or windows.
Garbage- It is Guest`s sole responsibility to remove all trash and food products from home and dispose of in trash cans located in the locked shed by check-out. Guest agrees to not leave garbage anywhere except inside of the locked shed.

Good stay, with lovely cozy furniture and bedding. The kitchen was nice but the coffee maker was leaking. The bathrooms were well appointed. The floors upstairs are very creaky and the walls are very thin. Although our family enjoyed the property. It would have been nice if the property mgt would have provided a bottle of kitchen/bathroom cleaner.

Upon arrival, we were a bit disappointed with the house. The outdoor area wasnât in great shape. The deck and outdoor table were peeling, one of the bench seats was starting to tare, the grill was significantly rusted and falling apart inside. The hot tub did not look new like the picture and the cover was falling apart, waterlogged and too heavy even for 2 people to move. There was a detached bench in the hot tub with a large screw sticking straight up that we had to remove. We chose the house for the hot tub and ended up only using it one time. Inside, we struggled with the lack of kitchen items. There were barely any cups/silverware and no hot pads or oven mitts. The pool table was fun but only had one pool stick with felt on it. The rest were broken or unusable. When we arrived, there was half a roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher pod and no tissues. On the second day, I reached out to the management company and they were rude and defensive. Instead of apologizing, they offered a full refund if we left that day (which we decided to decline as we had nowhere to go). After a back and forth argument on Vrbo, they dropped off some supplies and a new set of pots and pans which was much needed. While this rental could be cute and cozy, many items need some TLC. The management company tried to send their own grading rubric which is why this rental has so many stars. Best thing about the house were the community pool and beach.
