Aloha! We would like to welcome you to our little piece of paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii on the South Kohala/Kona Coast. A 20 minute drive north from the Kona airport, the South Kohala area is upscale and close to some of the islands most beautiful white sand beaches. Popular Hapuna Bay and Kekaha Kai State Park is only about 10 minutes by car.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo has been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. Everything sparkles with upscale furnishings, luxurious king size bed in master, luxurious queen in second bedroom, stainless steel appliances and pull-out queen sofa bed in living room.
Vista Waikoloa is in the beachfront resort area of South Kohala. Two professional-level golf courses and interesting shops within walking distance.

Reg and Sue do a fantastic job from booking to check-out! They answered all my questions in a timely manner.The property was in great condition and it multiple beaches/shops within walking distance! Would recommend this property to friends/family and would stay here again myself.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip, and the location made it easy to explore the island while still feeling peaceful and quiet. Check-in was simple, communication with the host was excellent, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Big Island!

Really enjoyed our stay here, the unit was clean and comfortable, lots of nice touches, lanai was great, very close to the pool, convenient to most of the resort amenities. We understand why it has so many Excellent reviews!

I ADORE this condo! It is a GREAT location, across the street from a path leading to the ocean in minutes. It is a short drive from the best white sand beaches and fantastic restaurants as well! The place is stylishly decorated and very comfortable! It’s just steps from the pool, but also surrounded by a serene and private feeling lanai with great seating options. If I can, I will return here every year!! Reg and Sue were very helpful and accommodating.
