Nestled at the end of the complex, closest to the beach, our condo offers a serene retreat with panoramic views of the golf course lake on one side, fairways on the other, and the distant ocean beyond.

Our condo stands out with its private exclusive outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill. The interior is tastefully designed with granite countertops, new appliances, and two full tile bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a walk-in closet and a mission-style king bed, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin beds that can be converted into a king. Additional sleeping space is provided by a queen-size sleeper sofa, and we also offer a Pack & Play for our youngest guests.

The condo's amenities extend beyond the unit itself. Enjoy access to two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a workout center, and a private garage - a rare luxury on the Big Island. We stay in the area every year for the Lavaman race, we love it. The garage was nice for bikes, bummer about the remote control but we made it work. Overall the facility was clean and quiet and comfortable. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect spot for a small family vacation. Centrally located in Waikoloa beach and an easy walk to A-Bay. Having the marketplace across the street is convenient for a quick trip for snacks, coffee or ice cream. The pool is GORGEOUS. The condo is very tastefully decorated with beautiful art and furniture. Everything you need for a beach trip is available including snorkeling gear for the whole family. Only thing would recommend is a wooden spoon or spatula for cooking.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the deck was lovely for sunrise and sunset. The trail to see petroglyphs was just below the deck and the condo was easy walking distance to all the shops. It was a close drive to the beach and had all the fun things for beach time available for us to use. We'd definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect to celebrate 20 years of marriage. The pool was close to the property (1 min walk), convenient shopping and dining options nearby, golf course was close and very nice. The property was very quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I attended a conference at the Hilton with a colleague and rather than get two hotel rooms we chose this condo. Could not have made a better choice! We had plenty of room to spread out and work at the dining table and on the lanai. Beds were comfortable, kitchen spacious,and the master bathroon is huge! Easy walk to both shopping areas with restaurants and gourmet market. One of us even went to the movie theatre one night! Will definitely be back.

Property was in a great location, fully stocked and very clean. Plenty of chairs and beach items for use as well as beach towels. Furniture overall was very weird and uncomfortable. There was so much furniture on the balcony you could not move around. View is partly of the gas station across the road. Not a huge deal but we received a text after we arrived that the water was going to be shut off for an entire day. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Overall pretty good

This property is a large beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath with a fantastic outdoor Barbecue. The grounds have beautiful pools and is close to the beach and restaurants. Close to grocery stores and gas station. I will rent here again.

We loved our stay in this nice cozy condo. The home was well furnished and maintained. I could tell that the unit has recently been given an uplift such as new carpeting and probably more interior remodeling, which collectively add extra bonus points to make the stay in this unit a pleasant experience. The only downside was that the front door key was not in the lock box though it was supposed to be there according to check-in instructions. Fortunately, I was able to get hold of the host on the phone immediately and she gave me a work-around solution to enter the unit. A big mahalo for the help she provided on the spot! Overall, we were very happy with the condo!

your service was terrible ask your maneger the safa was from goodwill no love seat. the fauset in the kichen was bad called your manager no respond for two weeks called again and was told they will fix after we leave,what a fiasco.

We had a good time staying at this property. We traveled with our 3-year-old and infant and the pack and play and highchair available was convenient. This property had very nice new carpet and a well-equipped kitchen. The complex had a nice pool for the kids and was close to shops and restaurants. The only negatives were a rather creaky master bed and a lack of extra toilet paper. We also had some difficulty receiving check-in information but Vrbo had indicated this may have been from a system error on Vrbo's end, not necessarily the property owner/managers fault. Overall we really enjoyed this property and would consider staying here again.

Loved our recent stay in Waikoloa. The carpet had recently been replaced, and the condo was immaculate when we arrived. Communication with both the owner and property manager was very easy. Loved having the on property pool for the days we didn't feel like packing up for the beach. Pretty sure my daughter's favorite activity was looking for geckos on the lanai each morning.

Comfortably furnished unit with easy access via elevator. The well maintained complex has two beautiful pools and is close to shops, restaurants and golf courses. This means some noise from mowers, blowers and nearby putting greens. The single car garage has a jumble of beach gear for kids and adults that could use a bit of editing. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and there are historic petroglyph fields and fish ponds also within walking distance. As mentioned by a previous guest, the unit could use a deep clean, but the carpet is new and still in very good shape. We enjoyed meals on the breezy lanai and slept well in comfortable beds.

Condo is an affordable option to much higher priced resorts in the area. Nice view of the golf course. A-Bay beach is a pretty long walk and there are much nicer beaches within a few minutes drive. Being next door to Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops was a plus.

We loved our stay at this property with just a few items worth noting. 1. The property manager on island never sent our intake info until I complained to VRBO. Luckily we then received it prior to starting our travel. 2. The unit is really agreat size but needs some work, the entire place as well as the garage could use a deep cleaning and re-inventory of provisions. 3. Charged $240 for an "additional bed". Not sure why, we only asked that the two twins be pushed together and made up as a king. We would totally stay there again but need some improvements first. Thanks.

We loved our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The location can’t be beat! This condo complex is located right next to the Kings and Queens shops, which both offer great dining and shopping options. There is a small market in the Queen’s Shops but it is pricey. You are better off hitting a major chain grocery store closer to the airport. We also loved this condo’s proximity to A Beach…just a 10 min walk away. It was a wonderful beach to relax on and we loved eating at Lava Lava Beach Club located right there on the beach. This condo was well equipped with beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. This made beach days easy to prepare for and ensured a very relaxing vacation!! The pool and workout facilities were nice though we preferred to be at the beach most days. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed! The lanai with the private grill was also very convenient. My only tiny complaint is the bedding. As other reviewers have stated, the bedding is pretty worn and could use replacing but we found the beds to be comfortable enough. It was an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to return to beautiful Kona!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at this condo. Everything came as advertised and was very clean and well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better, close to the pool, beach and shopping. The villa’s grounds were also well maintained and extremely quiet. The property is in great location. The condo itself needs some updating. The carpet is stained and worn, needs to be replaced. The bed linens were worn and need to be replaced. Both the dining room table and lanai table were too small for 4 people with plates and condiments, etc.

Our stay here was so comfortable! We had three adult children with us and we all fit comfortably. The place is in a beautiful spot with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We use the outdoor grill and cooked some too and we had everything we needed. The local beach was gorgeous and there were plenty of towels, chairs and snorkel gear etc to use at the condo. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place on the big island! Wish we could stay forever!

Overall fantastic stay at this this condo. It's extremely well situated within both Waikoloa Beach Villas and the overall resort complex. A short walk to lots of shots and restaurants and location is well situated for beach visits north and south on the west side of the island. We particularly loved the extra hospitality with a pretty stocked pantry of spices, oils, etc that make cooking a breeze (not to mention the BBBq grill on the lanai). And we really appreciated some of the beach and pool supplies (water vests, noodles, sand buckets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc.) Super fantastic!!! Only thing that wouldn't receive 5 stars is that we found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable. The master bed is super firm and the twin beds are a bit soft, but we know this is a matter of personal preference. All in all a great stay!

We stayed here for a week in July with our two teen boys. There was plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the larger kitchen and the many spices others left behind to share. There were even limes in the fridge. The beach gear left in garage was plentiful and in good shape. My only complaint was there was only two good beach chairs instead of 4. The location of this property can't be beat. It was SO nice to be able to walk to the beach for sunset, for dinner or for shave ice. My teens could also walk to get Starbucks or for souvenir shopping on their own. We've done a lot of condo rentals over the years (in Hawaii and elsewhere) and this is by far one of our favorites!

I arrived at the condo with 2 friends and instantly felt at home! The condo is clean, new, close to the beach and great shopping! Plenty of room to breathe and the kitchen is absolutely stunning! I'll definitely be returning! Anything you need is already there! Boogie boards, straw rollout mats, snorkeling gear, beach towels, a Cannondale bike, and even beach chairs! we enjoyed this condo for 2.5 weeks. the location is great, right across from both Kings, and Queens malls, and easy access to the highway. Nicely decorated and we enjoyed the security of 2nd floor, could leave the windows open and enjoy the breeze. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with!

This was our first trip to "Hawaii" and we certainly had a wonderful time. Our condo was very easy to find! We were within walking distance to everything! The condo was lovely, clean and attractive. We BBQ'd almost every evening on our lanai. We would certainly consider coming back here again (hopefully next January!) Roger was great to correspond with and gave excellent instructions.

We had a fantastic 2.5 week stay here in Dec/Jan and would highly recommend the unit. The owner (Roger) was great to deal with, very easy to check in and out. The unit itself is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. It is very spacious, clean and private. The lanaii is fabulous and has a great bbque. The property/pools are great and very well maintained. The close proximity to everything was a bonus, much nicer beaches in this area versus the ones we saw elsewhere on the island. We loved having the shops/restuarants/starbucks right across the street. The free nightly entertainment at the Queen's marketplace was a bonus and our 2 year old daughter loved playing on the wooden Train! Would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay there again someday soon.

Renting from Roger and company was so easy, they were so helpful. The place was well maintained and very clean. It was close to the beach and 2 strip malls. The Queens Marketplace for food and groceries. The Kings Shops for shopping. I suggest you fly in to Kona Airport because the Hilo airport is about 2 hours drive but the views on the drive was breathtaking. We are now thinking about buying a condo in the same neighborhood because the area feels safe and relaxing. We will surely tell our family and friends about this beautiful condo.

This was a great location -- close (walking distance) to beach, pool, golf, shopping, restaurants, etc. The condo was beautiful with excellent living space inside and out. The kitchen was very usable and well furnished. Both bedrooms and baths (we only used the master) were very comfortable and spacious. We were on the third floor -- but no problem as there was a very convenient elevator. There was also a garage included for our use. The next time we go to Kona, we won't look anywhere else.
