We live Southern Dunes and have been renting it for many, many years. The outside shower hasn't worked for years and it was the best thing previously since it had hot and cold water. It would keep so much sand outside, if it worked. We had ants and roaches this year in the kitchen and back dining table, but were able to clean well and keep food on the island. And the dishwasher seal is broken and leaked water. We just put towels on the floor when we ran it. Still a great stay! We love the house, the rocking chairs, and everyone had a great time.

The house was in a great location with alot of space for our group. The new HOA parking rules are ridiculous. We spent an enormous amount of time trying to get this worked out for our group. I've been coming to DeBordieu for 4 years but we will not return until this parking situation is worked out. We've already booked our staff retreat house for next year in a different location due to this issue. We paid in full and signed a contract over a year ago and should have not had to deal with this.
