Designed to sleep six with one and a half bath. This condo is the perfect get-away for a romantic weekend or family vacation for those that don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the beach crowd, yet still want to be close enough to the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches to enjoy beach time. This condo is right next to the Preston Hood Athletic Complex, so if you are coming for a tournament this is the place to stay!
The Condominium is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable and affordable or make you feel like a local while you work.
Prepare your favorite meals in your well equipped kitchen which includes blender, ice maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, and all the conveniences of home. Washer and dryer in condo for your personal use.
Ready for fine dining and nightlife? There are many options in Fort Walton Beach and Destin (check out the guest book for recommendations).
House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age (exception for active-duty military). No smoking! Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind.
Small Pets (35 pounds or less) are allowed on approval and payment of the pet fee. Maximum of TWO pets only, please.
This property sleeps 6 people!!! If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
Other House Rules are located in the Guest Book and the iTrip Tenant website.
Our properties come with freshly laundered linens and towels, and a starter supply with dish soap (and dishwasher soap too), laundry soap
and facial tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hair dryer, and iron.
Free Fun Program not valid for stays over 28 days. Program available March 1 - February 28 (or 29) ONLY!! One ticket per activity per day.

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is close to the beaches. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The photos were accurate. We will rent again.

Was a good place to stay with the family, only issue I had was in the listing the driveway looked bigger that what it is but was still able to park two trucks in just took some maneuvering. Had a issue with the ac and the property manager was there within 30 minutes and fixed the problem.

It was great beach was great didn’t get to get in the water much because of the rip current but found another place to go and get in the water location was great no long trip to go anywhere everything within good distance stop lights took longer than expected was a great trip can’t wait to come back house was great slept good no complaints about anything love it all

Very nice condo with fenced in yard (important for our small dog), one-car garage (great surprise), large common area (kitchen/living room/dining room) with like new appliances. Two bedrooms upstairs with super comfy beds and pillows (nice surprise again), nice linens and tons of towels (another great surprise)! Super helpful management staff (Carrie) who personally reset the TVs and internet for us. Nice neighborhood - very quiet street. We’d stay there again!
