This newly built 50 m² rural apartment is located in a large, beautiful Asturian estate shared with four other apartments, in Cuerres, a small hamlet within the municipality of Ribadesella (Northern Spain). Ideal for families or groups of friends.
The estate features a large garden with green spaces, sun loungers, a barbecue and a picnic area — perfect for outdoor living and for children to play in nature. Private on-site parking is available for several cars.
A welcoming porch with a table and two chairs offers stunning views — ideal for a quiet coffee.
Inside, the open-plan living-dining-kitchen has all you need: sofa with TV, dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, crockery and kitchenware. A comfortable 180 cm sofa bed in the living area sleeps two adults or two children.
Adjacent to the living area is a double bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), bed linen, wardrobe and a window with outdoor views.
The full bathroom has a screened shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and towels.
The apartment has parquet flooring, central heating and free WiFi. (No charging point for electric vehicles on site; nearby petrol stations offer charging facilities.)
