Ground floor unit with comfortable king bed in the master suite and 2 queen beds in the guest room. Stylishly decorated. Perfectly located for Theme Parks, Relaxing or Work. Ideal and affordable.
Pool and Gym open from 8am-10pm.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!
We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.
Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.
Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.
This home is located very close to many restaurants and shopping.
Please No Smoking/Vaping, No Partying and No Pets.
No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

We chose this place because of its proximity to Disney and we loved it because we were able to use ride share to get to the parks.
It was super clean, adequately furnished, and beds were very comfortable.

The condo met all our needs. The weather was not pleasant, but that's out of everyone's control. The pool was not heated. That was a big disappointment. The washer/dryer was great. I hope we left it as nice as we found it. I suggest you replenish the supple of glasses and dishes.
