An ideal getaway home for families and friends. 5mins Disney .. SeaWorld and Universal Studios within 20mins. The beautiful Clearwater beach is just an hour away. Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment all nearby.
Comfortable king bed in the master suite, 2 queen beds in the guest room. Stylishly decorated. Perfectly located for Theme Parks, Relaxing or Work. Resort has gym, pool. Ideal and affordable. We love to host and care.
No smoking, partying, events or pets. Violators will be penalized

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils
This home is located very close to many restaurants and shopping.
This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Extra Parking Available Outside the Gate next to Clubhouse.
AC temp range is 72-78 F
We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.
Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.
Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.
No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

Great trip! The host is Very responsive. The room was located on an upper floor but the elevator was close for convenience and a VERY short walk from the parking lot. Overall the room met our needs and was fair for the price point. Didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those, as we spent all our time in the parks. Average time to the parks with traffic was 15-20 minutes but the mileage was accurate in the description. We were also there during the holidays which I think made traffic a lot heavier. Lots to eat nearby!

My husband, our two daughters and I stayed for 6 nights. Everything was great. No problems. Checking in and out was easy. Beds were comfy.
