About this house rental
Relax indoors or out at this lush garden home equipped with spacious deck and pergola, overlooking a soothing koi pond and waterfall.
The front and back have been lovingly landscaped with exotic flowers and fruits and there are ample spaces to enjoy the California lifestyle.
Inside the charming, just-remodeled Spanish style house there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely open-concept dining room and kitchen and bright living room.

The space
The newly remodeled house is clean and comfortable with an upgraded kitchen and new washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has a four-poster king bed, bedrooms 2 & 3 have luxurious queen beds and bedroom 4 has a full bed.
The master bedroom has en en-suite full bathroom and the other bedrooms share a modern full bath with beautiful tile and glass shower.
There’s high-speed wifi and an internet-connected TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps.
In the bedrooms various photography, fiction and non-fiction books are available.
There’s a large trex deck with pergola and vines for shade in the back. Feel free to snack on passion fruit, tomatoes, peppers and herbs from the garden.
The back deck overhangs the pond full of gorgeous Japanese Koi. Feel free to feed the fish (but only the special koi food in the labeled jar), they’ll eat out of your hands
Behind a screen of African vines there’s a greenhouse full of orchids, feel free to take a look, but don’t cut any flowers please!
The gardener comes 2x per week to mow, tend the garden and keep the pond and stream fresh and maintained.

Such a beautiful property if you enjoy nature. If I had my way, I would have stayed and enjoyed the place the whole time. The host is super accommodating! I would stock a few more dishes for leftovers and serving spoons for dinners.Thank you.

The kitchen had pots, pans, a microwave, an oven, utensils, a clean counter, etc. Everything was pretty good and the beds were big. For some reason, one of the blankets smelled like weed at the corner, but we just rotated the blanket and it was fine.

Everything was clean. We traveled from San Jose to Inglewood arrives tired and messaged host if it would be possible to check in an hour or so earlier and he approved for us to get in earlier. If we ever travel to Inglewood again we will definitely reserve this property again.
