About this house rental
You've found your LA home base! Many things to love about this place. A cozy house with 4 bedrooms sleeping comfortably 10 people. A game room in the back and nice backyard, and a pool to allow you to entertain your family or just friend hang outs. The house is super close to SOFI stadium / Intuit Dome/ LAX, with a lot of shopping and restaurants, and is close to 405 freeway and major streets. It is in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. You would love this place.

The space
Upon first entering the property, you will find yourself in a spacious living area that is ideal for gathering with the entire family to unwind and gather. Next to the living room is a fully-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to perform your next culinary adventure. Formal dining area seating 6 people comfortably, and there are also extra seatings at the island to accommodate additional visitors.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Bedroom 1 : One comfortable King bed
- Bedroom 2 : One Queen size bed
- Bedroom 3: One Queen size bed
- Bedroom 4: One Twin bed+ one Bunk bed Twin over Full
KITCHEN: Our charming kitchen with an island is well-equipped with basic necessities, even including a rice-cooker, for your cooking needs during the stay, with 2 additional bar stools for quick and convenient breakfast.
AMENTITIES:
We have a playroom with additional seating areas that is furnished with an air hockey and a foosball table for your entertainment. Our backyard also has a pool for you to unwind and relax.
PARKING: up to 2-3 car in the driveway.
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
LAUNDRY: Laundry area is located in the kitchen for convenient access.
TOP ATTRACTIONS & COMMUTE:
- About 5 minutes driving to SoFi Stadium
- About 7 minutes to Intuit Dome
- About 12 minutes to LAX
- Close to 405 Freeway for easy and convenient commute.

- There is a security camera outside of the property.
- There is a pet fee
IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.

Great location for what we needed. We’re pretty low maintenance. It’s just one of those places that doing a few little things to the property would put it “over the top.” Water pressure was great. Everything worked. Good size bedrooms. I would recommend to the owners to trim away plants from walkways, pick up the little bits of trash in the backyard, and throw away the unusable pool floats, etc. Nothing that ruined our stay, just a little more exterior housekeeping.

This home was cute and mid-century modern decor. There was the perfect amount of room for our family. Was close to shopping, So-Fi, and Intuit. Would come back for a football game. The pool was not cleaned when we arrived. However, the Ella team continued the communicate until we received a resolution.
