Villa Adán is located in Cádiz and offers 120 m² of space. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cookware, 3 bedrooms (one in an adjacent building), and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. You will find basic pantry items (salt, oil, and sugar) to get you started. Additional amenities include a gym for adults only, available for an extra fee, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV with international channels and on-demand content, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. A cot is also available. The private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy a large private saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and water seating with views of the barbecue area. The outdoor space also features a ping pong table and a darts game for everyone’s entertainment.
The property is in a quiet area with good connections to the beach, city, and highway. Public transport links are within walking distance. Nearby you’ll find beaches like Bolonia, La Barrosa, El Palmar, Zahara, and Conil, as well as towns such as Chiclana de la Frontera, Jerez, Vejer de la Frontera, Barbate, and the coastal area of Los Caños de Meca.
There are 4 parking spaces on the property, each with security cameras. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, available for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted. There is also parking for motorcycles and bicycles.

Pros: Villa Adan is a modern holiday house, plenty of secure (gated) parking on an easily accessible quiet road on the outskirts of Conil. Everywhere is easy to drive to and all facilities (Carrefour, petrol stations , cafes etc) near by. The house is superbly equipped, we ate in every night, the BBQ a delight with an outdoor kitchen. The garden is wonderfully lit at night. The pool is of course the star, must be wonderful during the warmer months. Our host Raoul was on hand for any query, we had a couple of issues during our stay that were immediately sorted with no inconvenience to ourselves. The house was presented spotless . Strong Wi-Fi.
