Quiet vacation home for 8 people near the ocean with a private pool, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi

The "El Castillo 1+2" vacation home consists of two separate units. It features a total of four bedrooms (one on the first floor and one on the upper floor in each unit), two bathrooms with showers and toilets, two living-dining areas with open fireplaces, and two small, new (2023!) high-quality kitchens. These are equipped with, among other things, cookware and tableware, silverware, various pots and pans, and drinking glasses. They also feature a ceramic cooktop with two burners, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. House 1 has a washing machine and dryer, while House 2 has a washing machine. Outdoors, House 1 features an 8x4m swimming pool, and House 2 has a pool with a diameter of 3.6 m. Each unit has a private terrace with a brick BBQ, as well as a rooftop terrace. The gardens are separated by a fence but connected by a gate through the fence. Privacy in your own space while still having access to the shared garden—ideal!
The house is in a very quiet location, directly adjacent to the protected pine forest, which is perfect for walking, jogging, and biking in the fresh air. From here, it’s just a 10–15-minute walk (about 1 km) along a comfortable, nearly traffic-free gravel path to one of Conil’s most beautiful—and largest—bays, Cala del Aceite. Rarely is a beach so conveniently and idyllically accessible! By car, it takes just 3 minutes. The nearest (garden) restaurant is, so to speak, “just around the corner,” only about 250 m from the house, so a romantic candlelit dinner out is also easily arranged. The other coves—Roche (a great tip for windy Levante days!) and the small fishing harbor of Conil—are just a little further away and can be reached quickly by bike. The harbor also features highly recommended restaurants and, more recently, a highlight for particularly romantic sunsets: the viewpoint overlooking the fishing boats and the lighthouse.
It’s about 5 km directly to the main beach and Conil, where you’ll find beach fun and shopping, as well as a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and venues for those long Andalusian summer nights.
