About this apartment rental
This newly updated apartment is a 4 minute walk to everything. Publix Supermarket, numerous Lake Ave Restaurants (Pizza, Steakhouse, American, Peruvian, Italian, etc.), Lake Worth Playhouse to name a few. We are also only 1 mile to the beach to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Right on the beach you have Benny's on the Beach and Mulligan's Beach House Bar & Grill for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I was concerned about the fact that I had to park on the street, but it was not an issue. The apartment was very nicely decorated and furnished, the bed and bedding was very comfortable and I slept extremely well.
The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and had a beach town feel to it. The streets were small and stores close by so you could walk from place to place. It felt like Florida used to be.
The ONLY problem with the apartment is the AC. It is an old fashioned box unit that hangs out the window in a plywood frame, like my parents had in the 1970s, and it was very loud. Luckily I was able to turn it off since the weather was on the chilly side, because I never would have been able to sleep with it running. Updating the AC would make this place 5 stars .

Location is wonderful. We walked to grocery store and to the downtown area where there are several unique shops and a wide variety of dining options. It is a short and easy drive to the beach and to the Astros Spring Training field. We had to park on the street but there was always an empty space for us. The unit is newly renovated and very clean. We missed having a private outside area. The enclosed patio is nice but we didn't feel comfortable knowing that our neighbors were sharing the area.
