About this apartment rental
This newly updated apartment is a 4 minute walk to everything. Publix Supermarket, numerous Lake Ave Restaurants (Pizza, Steakhouse, American, Peruvian, Italian, etc.), Lake Worth Playhouse to name a few. We are also only 1 mile to the beach to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Right on the beach you have Benny's on the Beach and Mulligan's Beach

We needed a place to stay for a few days for our daughter's beach wedding. We ended up using the house (unexpectedly) as the place where she got ready for the ceremony, and found some needed earrings at a shop a couple of blocks away. The property is well-furnished, and is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a grocery store, providing lots of flexibility for your stay. Parking area was small, but we were able to fit our rental car in with a small SUV that was there. We needed to communicate once with the host, and response was very quick. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was my 2nd stay and I could not have been happier. Clean, equipped and convenient! The neighborhood is so quiet! I highly recommend this place to others! I will stay again next year!

The property was perfect for our needs. The unit was very clean. We were able to easily walk to the bars and restaurants as well as the Publix. The unit had everything needed to cook our own meals. Host was responsive to messages. I would stay here again.

The unit was ok for our short stay. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning, the rest of the unit was fine. The neighborhood seems like it is transitional, careful if you are out walking at night. The beach is within a mile or so and is beautiful.
