Totally renovated ranch home with brand new kitchen, kitchen appliances and tiled walk in shower. Quiet country setting with beautiful views of woods and a pond. 11 acres and a primative cabin and woods to explore. Close to both Falconer, NY and Jamestown NY.

Very clean. The owners are the best very nice people. ready to help you if you need anything. the kitchen has what you need to prepare any meal. they are family friendly they are all about family. Willing to let family come spend time with you while staying at their beautiful home .very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Overall the perfect place to stay and enjoy your vacation.definitely going back and looking forward to my next stay. Great place

This was our third stay at Kama Kottage. The amenities provided made us feel very much at home. The home is well kept and has everything needed for an extended stay. Hosts are truly super hosts in every sense! We will be back to stay again!
