Welcome to The Ranch! Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS gated estate only minutes to the beach and wineries in one of the best locations in Pismo Beach!
Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 17, gorgeous country views on a working cattle farm, and with spacious outdoor areas a and a game room there's something to entertain all ages! You can't go wrong!!

Primary: King and Twin Trundle, en suite
Guest room: King with en suite
Guest room: Two queens

PROPERTY IS ONGOING A REMODEL SO IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BUT PHOTOS ARE STILL IN PROGRESS
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors on the cattle farm at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and respectable noise levels are required at all hours.
Thousand Hills Ranch is a working Cattle Ranch. Cattle can be present, sprinklers can be going for pastures, etc. Guests are not allowed to wander outside the property onto other areas of the property. Hiking on the property is not allowed but there are amazing trails just a short drive away.
Ample parking for many cars.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
No pets or parties allowed.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. In addition as the ranch is in a rural setting strength can be limited.
We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times.
This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Pismo Beach area.
Lawn maintenance typically occurs on Thursdays.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

The only issue we had was the strength of the WIFI through out the house with our phones. The TV in the living room kept buffering. We had the same issue when we rented the house in February.

Wonderful ranch home perfect for large family. Clean, spacious and in the midst of sprawling hills with cattle and great views. Only fifteen minutes from the beach. Highly recommended.

huge house with palatial lawns. feels far from civilization but is only a few miles from Pismo or SLO. this is our second stay and we'll likely be back again someday :)
