The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, making it an ideal setup for families or friends traveling together. The open-concept living area boasts high tray ceilings, an inviting lounge space, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a spacious island perfect for cooking and entertaining. With plenty of natural light and thoughtful design, every room in this home feels bright, airy, and welcoming.
Step outside into your own private backyard oasis, designed for relaxation and fun. The large pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, while the surrounding lounge chairs offer the perfect spot to soak up the sun. If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)

This is a great location to the beach within 120yards and the pool is amazing as was the house. The communication was always answered within a moments notice as was this property being right off the expressway and right across the bridge from town.

The location is super convenient for a quick walk to the beach. The lot posiiton of the home allows for a pool which is unique to the neighborhood and perfect for entertaining friends and family. The location is a five minute drive from Publix, great food and plenty to do and the two car garage allowed us to keep our cars out of the salty air for the duration of our stay. Bikes, floaties, privacy, convenience. You name it. This rental was amazing.

Overall we had a relaxing stay and really enjoyed the pool. House needs some maintenance as well as front/back yard. BBQ is terrible, completely rusted and most outdoor fans don’t work well. Need to go thru drawers/cabinets and downsize a little. Great location with easy beach access and highly recommend The Garlic for dinner.
