Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

We were on a golf trip the room was amazing

Check in and out was very easy. Property manager was responsive to texts. The only negative thing is the badly stained carpet in the living room which is the first thing you see when you walk in the unit. Other than that, everything was good.
