Close to Arroyo waterfront, restaurants, Guayama mall, good location. Quiet location, few neighbors, bbq area, sink and laundry. Comfortable, you can walk along the beachfront, have a beachfront breakfast, and disconnect.

Great location with private beach. The doors from bedrooms outside were sticky and hard to use; so we chose not to. Good view of sunrise. Would visit again. Note: it is a tropical location, so there are bugs and geckos.

The back patio was fabulous! The lower deck could definitely use some TLC and a pressure washer. The Mosaic tiles are gorgeous ( be very careful when walking on after a rain ). The grill was great. AC worked great. If you use the dryer be prepared to wait hours on it. Overall, this property was fabulous. Just needs some love and clean up on the beach.

Overall the place was okay. The view was amazing. The host was more than excellent. Everything is close to this house. Yes there is a dirt road to get to the house but for me that keeps the place very private.
