Quiet area, comfortable bed. Floors get dirty quickly because of outside and tiles indoors but the towels looked dirty. The only issue we had was that since we arrived late at night the door knob wouldn’t allow us to open the door it was 11pm and we kept calling and messaging the host. With no response until 2am.
Pushed the door open so the knob broke in which I paid to replace it although it looked like it was always an issue with the way the door knob was.
I had no problem paying to replace it since it wasn’t the same condition in which it was when I checked in. Although it could have been avoided had the host responded. But I understand it was late at night.
My only issue was dirty floors dirty towels, late response in an emergency.
But I will say the host is very polite and professional.
