This newly updated non-smoking home is located in Venice Florida. Enjoy the pool in your private backyard and you are just minutes from Venice’s pristine beautiful beaches with plenty of sharks teeth to hunt. House is located in a family friendly neighborhood with multiple golf courses close by for you to choose from. This two bedroom home offers one king size bed and one queen bed. There is also a daybed off the comfortable living room for an extra guest. The back porch is full of windows for a bright and airy feel. It also includes a table for eating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with the amenities you will need during your stay and a cute dining room is located off the kitchen. Washer and dryer provided. Cable and WiFi included. Pool has electric heater.

This house and property are fabulous and very well maintained. We had everything we needed for an amazing beach and shopping vacation. Centralized location. Can’t wait to return!

We live here local and had to find a home close to ours while ours is under renovations. This home made us feel right at home and helped our young kids feel placed during this time. I do not know how we will go back to a house with no pool after staying here! The house was extremely clean and well kept. Angie and Dan live local and were great communicators.

Had to rent at the last minute and struck a gem!The property was better than what we could have even expected. Very clean and comfortable. The outside pool area was a huge bonus. The host was excellent and communicated effectively throughout the entire stay.Will definitely stay again.
