Venice Bal Harbour Lake House near Beaches too! Pet Friendly

5 Stars all around. First, Greg, the host, was extremely helpful in making sure that my wife and I were comfortable and had all of the amenities necessary. Even offered to bring others items if needed. Everything from towels, beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, bikes were all ready and saved us space in our car. Greg also helped when we ran into unexpected car troubles 12 hours away from home.The property itself is situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was tastefully decorated and we felt very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out by the lanai covered heated pool listening to the birds. And when we were ready to get out, we had a selection of beaches 15-20 minutes away. From Brohard Dog Beach and Casperson to Venice and Englewood, all very close and short jaunts.This isn’t your high energy kind of town, expect peaceful vibes and genuine people surrounded by wildlife and beautiful beaches.

Ten days of our vacation passed by as comfortably as at our home. The house is located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood close to everything: a pizza shop in just 3 minutes, Sharkies Beach in 7 minutes, and major grocery stores in 5-10 minutes. Greg was super courteous in providing check-in information and answered our texts in minutes. The house is well equipped for a large family. The beds are comfy and the sheets are soft, plenty of bath towels, and everything you need for the beach.Our ten-day vacation felt just as comfortable as being at home. The house is situated in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood, conveniently located near everything: a pizza shop just three minutes away, Sharkies Beach in seven minutes, and major grocery stores within five to ten minutes. Greg was extremely courteous, providing us with check-in information and responding to our texts within minutes. The house is well-equipped for a large family, featuring comfortable beds, soft sheets, plenty of bath towels, and everything needed for a day at the beach. We would stay here again!!!

We had such a wonderful time! We were coming in for a wedding and the host graciously allowed us to get in to the house early. The pool was warm and beautiful. The view every morning was absolutely beautiful. The amount of birds and wildlife was so amazing. The hosts were more than accommodating. They even brought us sifters for skimming shark teeth. That was so much fun. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you Greg and Kim for your hospitality.

Great house with everything in an equally great neighborhood. Needs nothing to complete a great vacation.
