About this house rental
This classic lowset North Stradbroke Island cottage has appeal for the budget holiday makers perfect for retired folk fishermen and small families. It is located opposite native forest Koala habitat with a 5 minute walking track to pristine pet friendly Amity beach. Rock wall fishing is also within minutes walking distance along with all amenities that Amity Point village has to offer.
The cottage comes with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests in 1 x Double bed 2 x Single beds and a King Single. The living room has a touch of the new with a new lounge set and LCD TV. The combined kitchen/dining room is fully equipped for guest convenience including a Nespresso coffee maker (BYO Pods). All windows and doors are insect screened for added comfort.
Guests can enjoy their favourite outdoor meals prepared on the gas BBQ and the large rear yard is securely fenced for your outside pet. There is also a generous carport for undercover parking and room to park your boat.
Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

This was an older style house but very comfortable and extremely clean & in great condition. The realestate were excellent to deal with. My dog loved his holiday and the large fenced back yard. Amity Point is a beautiful and peaceful spot.

Berrimilla was a step back in time to a peaceful simple holiday break. The cottage was delightful, impeccably clean and had everything you could wish for. We had a wonderful 2 weeks and our car decided on the last day we were staying longer/ the wonderful property managers went above and beyond sending help to fix the car and get us to the ferry on time. Honestly I had read one of the earlier reviews and was hesitant but I’m so glad we stayed here. I could not fault the property or the managers. It’s pet friendly so my 2 pugs were able to come along aswell. Amity is a lovely peaceful area and yet there was a great place to dine out just down the road at the Amity Pavilion. Just beyond that was general store that had diesel! And everything else you could ask for. We will definitely be back. Thankyou so much!
