Location and access to the water Clean, comfy rooms Fenced yard for fur babies Air fyer, vacuum cleaner, pool Flexibility to have early check in 2 Fridges were a real blessing, thank you

1)The roof sheeting on the car port need screwing on, it was flapping in the rain and strong winds at night, which disturbed my sleep 2) One bathroom to share with 10people 3) Needed more tea towels (at least 6) and bathmats for 10 ppl to share over 4 nights 4) mold appearance on the ceiling near kitchen benchtop 5) better the pillows for 3 beds 6) Kids would have like a bathtub

Lovely spot, great for groups and big family's, dogs welcome to and very safe area for them, plenty of room for all, pool and waterfront area beautiful and relaxing

Cleanliness of the house and BBQs when we arrived was very average at best

It wasn’t particularly clean however had everything we needed

The best thing about this property is the private jetty and communal bbq facilities. Watching the sunset and fishing was great. Also saw some dolphins passing by. Great having the ping pong table in the main lodge.

Floors, sheets, towels and kitchen bench tops were all cleaned prior to arrival however the Main lodge really needs a deep clean and general maintenance. For example, the toilet leeks water and so the floor was always wet. We had to put a towel on the floor to soak up the water. I notified the agent it was leaking but they never followed up to fix it. The oven and bbq were dirty- so we only used the communal bbq facilities. Skirtings missing and curtains stained in the ping pong room. Shower glass had grime on it. Only 1 TV remote for 2 tvs in separate areas. Agent was notified and they said they’d drop one past - which they didn’t. I also noticed that the actual duvets look like they haven’t been changed in 10 years. Even though the bed sheets were clean once you remove them and see what’s underneath it’s scary.
