This condo, Casa Vista Mar, is beautifully and comfortably furnished with all comfortable furniture, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and GE Profile appliances, washer/dryer, and a private fully-furnished rooftop deck with jacuzzi in a gated community with 24-hour security.

WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM throughout this condo has been installed. All sources of water are filtered including ice maker, showers, dishwasher, etc. Two high-definition Smart TV flat-screen televisions provides English-speaking programming, AppleTV, and internet. There is an I-pod dock for your enjoyment and convenience.
The large main bedroom is equipped with an American king bed and the second bedroom is also equipped with a king bed. Both bedrooms have blackout shades to facilitate restful sleep. Rollaway bed also available for fifth person.
Both bathrooms offer travertine showers and vanities with high end finishes. The main bathroom also features a large jacuzzi tub for relaxation.
You will enjoy beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and mountainsides from most rooms and the large rooftop deck.
The private 640 sq.ft. roof-top deck, with its tropical feel, is fully furnished with a jacuzzi hot tub, sectional sofa, chaises, umbrella, and barbeque. Indulge in a massage on our private rooftop deck, which you can reserve through our private concierge.
There is a second deck off the living room and master bedroom to enjoy outside dining with views of Medano Beach and scenic mountains.
All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Each bath is equipped with a hair dryer.
This condo is a short 5-minute walk to the popular Medano Beach, as well as walking distance from town restaurants and shopping, and the main Cabo marina. Taxis/Ubers are available, and the condo offers a private parking spot in the underground garage. An elevator conveniently takes you to the sixth-floor penthouse.
Fresko, Walmart, City Club, Home Depot, and Costco are all a short drive away for any of your shopping needs.
Several beachfront restaurants, including popular Tabasco's and The Office, are within walking distance. Coffee lovers will appreciate that there is a Starbucks and several Cabo Coffee cafes in town.

The location was perfect! Close to everything, but also far enough away to be private. The condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The rooftop terrace is worth it, the view is amazing. Hugo was helpful and his guacamole was delicious! A few little issues with appliances, but nothing that ruined our stay. Ice machine in the fridge didnt work, but Hugo brought us some ice. The dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to do some dishes, not the end of the world. The only criticism we would have is if you a lounge by the pool kind of people, this location is not for you. The pool is nice, but the location only gets sun for a few hours in the morning.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was close to the beach, outdoor and rooftop spaces were excellent. Easy to walk to attractions. Seamless check-in and welcome. Huge thank you to Hugo!

Our Vacation was wonderful! We were picked up at the airport by Hugo, he then stopped at a nice grocery store, we picked up some items there and then he drove us to the condo. The condo was even better than described, we really enjoyed the pools and the roof top hot tub along with the beautiful view. We will be going back! They make sure that you have everything that you need! Thank You Hugo!!! Thank You Owners!!! We appreciate y'all TOO!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo unit. Despite arriving late in the evening, Hugo made himself available to check us in and show us all the features of the unit.
We made the short walk to Medano beach almost every day of our stay, and we very much appreciated that Victoria provides beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella.
The marina and Cabo central were close enough for us to easily walk to in about 15 minutes.
And the unit itself was fantastic with plenty of dishware, cookware, and comfy furniture inside and out.
Additionally, the king bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable.
Everything was great.
