In the warmer months, step outside to enjoy two separate decks surrounded by flower gardens. These quiet outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee, reading in the sun, al fresco meals, or ending the day with fresh air and a soft Colorado breeze.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with cozy bedding, soft lighting, and simple décor that feels personal but not cluttered. The layout works wonderfully for couples, solo travelers, colleagues traveling for work, or anyone staying for a longer visit. The property was very clean and spacious. The host communicated continuously to ensure the property met our needs. Should we travel back to Boulder we will be looking to book Erin’s property again.

Cute house that has a nice outdoor space and an updated kitchen. There are three bedrooms but only two of them have beds in them. It was clean and bright. Would stay here again.
