Beachside in Bembridge is situated just yards from the beach this stunning ‘New England' style house enjoys fabulous sea views and gardens leading onto the beach.

Tastefully furnished, this spacious and luxurious home is perfect for families who love beach life and water activities and who are looking for that little extra something special. The open plan living area opens via bi-folding doors to a terrace which overlooks the gardens and the sea beyond, perfect for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, dinner and evening drinks while the kids play in large garden, which is enclosed with a fence and secured from the waterfront by a gate.
A ground floor King-size bedroom, supported by a ground floor shower room provides facilities for those with mobility needs and of the three remaining bedrooms on the first floor, two also have en-suite facilities. The 4th bedroom is set up with a day bed, which can extend to a double bed.

Panoramic sea views are enjoyed from the principal bedrooms, which boast covered balconies.
Beach Side is situated in a quiet lane and is just a short walk to the convenience stores at Lane End, with a variety of other shops including a bakery and butchers, together with pubs and cafes in the pretty and popular village centre of Bembridge.

It’s becoming our home from home. Our 7th visit here and have next year booked already. Nice to see a new fridge/freezer and other things we mentioned previously have been rectified. Never tire of the views and the sunrises are amazing.

The Beachside is in a wonderful quiet location with great sea views and we very much enjoyed our walks along the beach accessed from the garden.
The house is luxurious, modern, well equipped, very comfortable and clean. We appreciated having 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
We are definitely planning to returned

Another fantastic holiday at Beach Side. Already booked for next year.
Had a couple of issues but have been advised that these are being resolved. Excellent service from Island Holiday Homes.
Can’t fault the view and sunrises to die for.
The house holds a special place in our hearts.
