16 would have a bedroom that fits two people in each and for 12 people there are sofa/couch in 4 different living rooms.

The canal/creek goes into the bay. There are two bridges that are low, smaller boats or canoes have access.

There's not enough space to express the complete awe we had been In when we got here! Gorgeous property and pics really don't do it justice! We have already started making plans to come back here for another gathering! You will not be disappointed!

The place was perfect to host our Bachloer party. Jessi was so easy to communicate with. The lot is huge with plenty of space and nice hot tubs. We were very happy with our stay.

Great spot for bachelor party. Very close to downtown and many other activities in the area. Would recommend. Jessi was very responsive and accommodating.
