It is a private urbanization with a communal pool open in summer with outdoor areas to sit and read a book and rest from routine stress.
It has three bedrooms, with capacity for 6 people. The terrace of the property overlooks Prolongación Rodríguez Acosta street, and is very close to the Parador de Turismo as well as the beaches of Burriana and Carabeo beach, just 5 minutes walk from the Balcón de Europa, undoubtedly the best area of Nerja.
Pool. open in summer (June to September). (Hours: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
