Looking for an updated condo in great proximity to everything you will need? This is it…in Carterville! Recently updated, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Pet friendly! Wether you are traveling for work, family coming to visit or just want a little trip away! 15 minutes between SIU and Marion. Carterville is a little town with a great antique store, a bakery, ice-cream shop and pizza parlor!
As premier hosts with Vrbo we take into consideration everything you will need while staying at our condo. Both bedrooms have queen beds. A full bath and fully stocked kitchen. This may be a new listing, but we are not new to the vacation rentals! We have two cottages on the wine trail in Southern Illinois.
If you are coming down to explore, crab orchard is minutes away. Great for boating and fishing! Also hunting in season. More into the wineries? Walkers bluff, Honker Hill and Monte Alegre Vineyard are close by.

It was very clean. Very inviting. Host were very easy to talk to. Check in and check out no problems at all. It felt like home. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.

The host's were very nice and quick to respond. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing. Also very close to the place I needed to go.
