Welcome to Cascades at the Summit, your luxurious private resort nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. This is the perfect escape for creating treasured memories, whether you're gathering with family by the grand fireplace or enjoying a festive meal prepared in the gourmet kitchen.
Our home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment, with premium amenities throughout.
Indoor Features
* Gourmet Chef's Kitchen: A culinary dream with professional-grade GE Cafe appliances, a double oven, griddle, and a selection of cooking spices and oils.
* Private Resort Pool: The only one of its kind in Eastern TN, this indoor pool features stunning waterfalls and a unique swim-up bar.
* Media Room: Unwind with powered recliners, an air hockey table, and a 77" QLED TV with a sound bar for the ultimate movie night.
* Whiskey Room: A cozy, rustic space with a gas fireplace, hand-crafted Jack Daniels table, and unique saddle stools and poker set.

* Integrated Spa: Melt your cares away in the luxurious 8-person hot tub.
* Dual Fire Pits: Choose between an 8-person fire-pit table for lively conversation or a 6-person fire pit for intimate chats under the stars.

* Four comfy reclining sun loungers.
* Rock grotto beneath the water falls
* Refreshing outdoor shower with hot and cold water and body jets.
Luxurious Accommodations
* Comfortable Bedrooms: Every bedroom includes a top-of-the-line Roku TV and is fitted with premium bamboo sheets for ultimate comfort.
* Plush Linens: We provide high-quality, plush robes and towels for each guest.
* Premium Bathroom Amenities: Enjoy complimentary Nexxus shampoo and conditioner, along with floss picks, Q-tips, mouthwash, and toothpaste.
Important Notes
* The owners reside on the property in an apartment above the garage. You won't hear from us unless you need us.
* The spa is heated with propane. Heating it 24/7 is not cost effective. To defray costs, it runs from 7-10 PM daily.
* The waterfalls run from 5-7 PM daily.
* The pool and spa are cleaned on Wednesday. The pool remains open during this period.
* Our insurance company requires you to sign a separate rental agreement.

House was clean, great for 3 couples having an adult weekend. Pool was nice, outdoor space was amazing. Would have liked more kitchen utensils but it didn’t detract from a great stay. We even saw a bear!
